Chance has worked in the live event industry since he was sixteen, working with mega-churches and corporate America. His first love resides in video directing and engineering, getting to work alongside headliner shows and entertainment superstars. Chance's years of experience and engineering background have allowed him to lead and manage significant productions, from concerts to conferences and globally-broadcasted events.

Caroline is passionate about producing live events and ensuring that every aspect of the program runs smoothly and efficiently. From stadiums and arenas to ballrooms and convention centers, Caroline has spent her career as a lead producer and show-caller nationwide.
